    : Install the Trax Codes app in Teams by simply searching “Trax” and logging in with your Professional credentials.

    : Alongside the chatbot, there’s an embedded version of the full Trax Codes app. This allows you to access all the information you need without leaving Teams—simply switch between the "Chat" and "Trax" tabs at the top of the page.
How to Install the Trax Codes Chatbot in Teams
Getting started with the Trax Codes Chatbot is simple. Here’s how to install it in Microsoft Teams:
  1. Open Microsoft Teams
    and click on the
    Apps
    icon (in the lower left sidebar).
  2. Search for "Trax"
    in the app search bar. You should see the
    Trax Codes
    app in the results.
  3. Select the Trax Codes app
    and click
    Add
    . This will add the Trax Codes Chatbot to your Teams.
  4. And you should be all set to start asking questions!

The Trax Codes Chatbot is a premium feature available to Professional Trax license holders
. Make sure your Trax account has a Professional subscription associated with it; otherwise, you won’t be able to access the Q&A features of the bot.
