Allow for copying just highlighted text so that a terse section of a rule can be copied to documentation instead of the entirety of a rule.

This is especially true for tables such as wall and ceiling types in SB-3 as an example, or span tables, but it is also true for entire rules from part 9, the area that I use the most in my practice.
