Can there be a notification that tells the user if they are reading the current version? E.g. I just completed an OBC review in version Oct 8, 2024 of the OBC, and just noticed a Jan 13, 2025 version was uploaded and my system was defaulting to Oct 8.

There is now a warning banner along the top of the panel with the codes to indicate you are not on the latest version.

That's a good idea. We could use the same warning we have when viewing a version that has been revoked.
